Victor Lee – President/COO
STOA International Architects

Victor Lee is President and Chief Operating Officer of STOA Architects, a Houston-based architecture and planning firm. He leads the firm’s strategic direction, business development, and operations while working with public and private sector clients on projects across Texas and the Gulf Coast.

Victor holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Houston, and an MBA from Rice University.

He serves on the City of Houston Mayor’s AAPI Advisory Board and the board of the Asian Chamber of Commerce. Victor is a past President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Greater Houston, a member of Leadership Houston Class XXXVI, and a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum, Class L.
