Jing Johnson is the Founder and President of Prism Renderings, a woman-owned architectural visualization firm specializing in high-quality 3D renderings and animations for architects, designers, and real estate professionals. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University.

Jing leads a dynamic, all-women team that delivers visualization solutions supporting project funding, leasing, marketing, and design development across a wide range of sectors. Under her leadership, Prism has become a trusted partner to architectural and real estate teams nationwide.
Beyond business growth, Jing is passionate about creating opportunities for working mothers. She has built Prism as a platform where talented women can thrive professionally while balancing family life, fostering a culture that values both excellence and flexibility.

Jing is an active advocate and mentor within the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) community. She has been a longtime supporter of AIA Houston’s Women in Architecture (WiA) and the Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP). She also serves on the Scholarship Committee for the ACE Mentor Program Houston and frequently speaks at industry events. In addition, she serves on the board of the I-LinCP Houston Chapter, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing leadership, collaboration, and performance in the capital projects industry.

Giving back is a core value for Jing and her firm. Prism Renderings actively supports nonprofit organizations through pro bono work, volunteer efforts, and community engagement, ensuring its impact extends beyond business into meaningful contributions to the community.
