If you have misplaced your jury summons, you may request a copy by calling our jury hotline at 713.247.8777. The parking pass included in your original jury summons will not be present in this copy. If you need a parking pass for our complimentary juror parking, please reach out to our jury hotline to request a new one. Additionally, you can ask for a blank form on the day of your jury service from the Jury Administrator. Please remember to complete the questionnaire by completing your pre-registration process online at https://juror-txhouston.ejm.tylerapp.com/ prior to your scheduled jury date and bring the postcard with you on the date of your service.
