September 8, 2026 - Houston police have arrested a suspect charged in the fatal crash that occurred at 8400 Cullen Boulevard about 9:45 p.m. on Friday (Sept. 4).

Milton Seymore Jr., 50, is charged with Intoxication Manslaughter in the 496th Criminal District Court.  A booking photo of Seymore is attached to this new release. 

The identity of the male victim, 40, is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

HPD Vehicular Crimes Division Sergeant G. Garcia and Officer R. Guzman reported: 

The driver of a gray Chevrolet Cruze was traveling northbound on Cullen when it struck a male pedestrian in the roadway.  The male was transported to an area hospital by responding Houston Fire Department paramedics where he was pronounced deceased.

Seymore, the driver of the Chevrolet, remained at the scene.  He showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for his role in the fatal crash.

The investigation is continuing.
